Rabbits

Rabbits can readily adapt to most environments, and readily take up residence in a wide range of habitats.
They are generally found around farmland, coastal environments, urban gardens and parks.

Rabbits are a pest affecting soils, availability of stock food in very high numbers and crop production as they compete with stock for pasture and cause erosion through the disturbance of soil.

How we get rid of them (safely)

Rabbits do not always live in burrows, they can be quite happy living under buildings or in patches of heavy cover.

Baiting: Rabbits can be controlled using pindone baits.
This may not be a suitable option however if dogs are present onsite.

Fumigation: If rabbits using a burrow they can be controlled by fumigation and the burrow covered in.

Night Shooting: Can be quite labour intensive.
